Do you want to return an ordered product? That is no problem at all. Below we would like to point out your rights and the procedure you can follow to return the article(s) to us.

Returns Policy

  • You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
  • The item is still in its original packaging, if possible.
  • If there is damage to the product, you as a customer are responsible. If you have any doubts about the return options, you can contact customer service
  • What cannot be returned?
    You may of course assess products as you would in a store. However, if you have gone further during the cooling-off period than is necessary for the assessment of whether you wish to keep the products, we may charge you for the resulting reduction in value. This means, for example, that in the case of care products, it is not necessary to open the packaging/break the seal in order to assess the product. Do you do so? Then we may charge you for the resulting reduction in value (which may amount to 100%).

How do I return the items?
We ask you to put the items you want to return in a box and add the completed return form. Take it to a PostNL location and have it sent to the return address below. Here you will receive a shipping receipt. Keep this safe. We will then take care of the rest regarding the refund and the finishing of the items.

You are not obliged to do this, but it is the easiest solution.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. If you only return part of your order, we will not reimburse you for the delivery costs. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to cancel this contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. We ask you to put the items you want to return in a box and add the completed return form. Take the return package to a PostNL location and have it sent to the above return address. You will receive a proof of shipment here. Keep this in a safe place. The direct costs of returning the goods are at our expense. You can also return the product via another carrier. In that case, the return costs are at your own expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Reflection period
The cooling-off period is legally at least 14 days. The cooling-off period starts the day after you have received all items from the order. During the cooling-off period, you can let us know that you want to cancel the purchase without giving reasons. During this period, you can therefore 'cancel' or 'revoke' the agreement. Cancelling is not the same as returning. The point is that you unambiguously inform us within the period that you are cancelling the purchase. You can also choose to return the products without informing us in advance, by adding a message to the return package stating your wish to cancel. If you hand in the cancellation notice on the last day of the cooling-off period, you have 14 days to return it. As soon as we receive a cancellation notice, we will confirm this to you by e-mail.

When will I get my money back?
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we may wait with refunding until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.

We will always use the same means of payment for the refund, unless otherwise agreed (insofar as technically possible).
