I am Dany, a Brazilian keratin expert. For years, I worked with clients who trusted me to transform their hair, but I noticed a gap: there was a lack of clarity around keratin treatments and, above all, a lack of a product I could offer with safety, effectiveness, and purpose. When I arrived in the Netherlands, this absence became even more evident. From this void, the idea of Haíz was born, as a response to what the market was not yet providing.
Yet Haíz only became reality because it found its foundation in Mike. His entrepreneurial vision, his ability to structure ideas and turn intention into strategy, were fundamental to shaping what was once just restlessness. Without Mike, Haíz would not exist. He was never just a partner found along the way; he is part of its very origin.
