All products ordered from us are in stock, which means fast delivery times! If the order is placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM, you will receive your order the next day.
The order is received by us
When the order is received by us on weekdays before 4:00 PM, we will immediately start processing the order for you. We use a very efficient logistics software package, which allows us to have your order ready with just a few clicks, a box, and a bit of packing tape.
You will therefore receive confirmation that the order has been completed and is ready for shipment shortly after placing your order. You will receive the Track and Trace from us in a separate email, which you can use to track your order.
Package is delivered but you are not at home
It is possible that you are not at home when your package is delivered. We send all packages by registered mail and only to the address specified on the package. Therefore, the carrier will offer the package again the next day. If it happens again that you are not at home, the package will be delivered to the relevant carrier point. You have two weeks to pick up the package before it is returned.
Delay
Of course, it can happen that there is a delay in the carrier delivering your order. You can always check this in the Track and Trace code you receive from the carrier. If you need the order urgently, please contact us. We will do everything we can to solve this problem together with you.
